Production Designer: Full-Time 3 Month Contract

Responsible for delivering a compelling customer experience by ensuring the successful delivery of content across the Clients Web, Intranet, digital, and print assets Operational Deliverables: - Production of media/assets to support TechnologyOne’s industry campaigns - Ensure brand consistency of all internal and external material by adhering to brand guidelines - Production of assets for internal projects as required - Design support for longer-range projects as required - Designing, creating, and maintaining the look and feel of both the external and internal and ensure alignment to brand guidelines - Maintaining the image and copyrights of the company on the Internet. Continuous Improvement Deliverables: - Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements of marketing functionality - Ensure systems, processes, and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify way to improve our efficiencies - Remain at all times compliant with our policies & procedures and proactively raise improvements where appropriate - Ensuring compliance with work health and safety requirements and policies Experience: - Proven experience in developing materials to support media plans (based on material Instructions) - High level of design production capabilities - Demonstrated project management skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities - Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels - Strong attention to detail
