Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist to drive our digital engagement and help our clients in the trades and construction industry thrive. You’ll take charge of managing social media channels and executing email campaigns to engage our audience, all while working remotely with flexible hours. With ample content at your disposal, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (experience with Ontraport is a plus)
  • Distribute our monthly e-newsletter, keeping our clients informed and engaged
  • Proofread and distribute content with attention to detail and consistency
  • Assist with basic design tasks to enhance content presentation
  • The successful candidate will also be required to wear a company-branded polo shirt during working hours to represent the team professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and scheduling content
  • Strong email marketing skills; experience with Ontraport is beneficial but not essential
  • Familiarity with trades/construction or small business marketing is a plus
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) to support content creation
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
