Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Write blog content and update the website, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, with Mailchimp experience considered an advantage.

Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Implement and optimise SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns and report on key metrics, including return on investment and audience engagement.
  • Update advertisements and editorials in trade magazines and industry publications.

Data Management:

  • Manage and segment a CRM database with over 8,000 customer records.
  • Streamline system integrations to improve the efficiency of marketing workflows.

Coordination and Oversight:

  • Collaborate with external marketing providers and oversee the transition to a new e-commerce platform.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor a weekly content schedule.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination, digital content creation, or similar roles.
