ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
This is a full time position commencing in January 2025.
Reporting to the Director of Business and Operations, the Marketing Manager will facilitate the marketing, communications and enrolments functions of the School. This role encompasses all aspects of marketing including managing the brand, advertising, and publicity; management of School’s publications; and associated event management.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all marketing and development activities for the School and for the creation of an overall Marketing Strategy, which is aligned to and enables the achievement of the School’s overall Strategic Plan.
As Marketing Manager you will manage and supervise a team inclusive of: Social Medial & Content Developer, Events Co-Ordinator, Registrar (Domestic) and Administration Assistant.

ABOUT YOU: To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and skills;
- Relevant qualifications and industry experience in marketing / communications / public relations
- Specific knowledge of marketing initiatives for independent educational institutions, with demonstrated capacity for creative design and innovative approaches
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing enrolment pipelines and the creation of strategies and initiatives to achieve enrolment targets
- Experience developing and implementing strategic planning processes to ensure marketing and development activities are aligned to and enable the organisations strategic priorities
- Experience, managing and supervising a team, in order to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
- Confident working with information technology, including experience maintaining a website content management system and relevant design software
