Job Overview

Seeking a creative and proactive marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience to join the team on a part-time basis. This role involves taking ownership of key marketing initiatives, driving creative campaigns, producing engaging content, and providing strategic insights to elevate brand presence and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
  • Plan and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
  • Maintain an engaging social media presence by connecting with complementary businesses and posting in relevant groups.
  • Newsletter Management:
  • Craft and send monthly newsletters to various audiences (support coordinators, participants, contractors).
  • Update and manage contact databases and analyze newsletter performance.
  • Website & Blog Management:
  • Maintain and update the WordPress website, including plugin updates and backups.
  • Plan, create, and publish monthly blog posts to enhance online engagement.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting:
  • Track marketing KPIs, website analytics, and referral conversions.
  • Provide monthly reports and insights during team meetings to guide strategic decisions.
  • Marketing Calendar Management:
  • Keep the marketing calendar updated with innovative ideas and detailed plans for upcoming campaigns.
  • Present and discuss strategies during weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, with a flair for content creation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail in spelling and grammar.
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for generating fresh ideas and working independently.
