Job Description
The Client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) servicing Heavy Industry. They are committed to fostering growth by being customer-obsessed and ensuring compliance is maintained. We currently operate facilities in Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania and provide services Nationally. We are recruiting a Marketing Coordinator based at our Head Office on the Sunshine Coast.
What the roles involve?
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Business Manager and performs the following functions (and more):
- Development of advertising & marketing strategies, plans and campaigns
- Implement / execute marketing campaigns across various mediums (socials, email, website, other)
- Maintaining current market awareness and strive for continuous improvement of technologies and strategy
- Contributing to design of online and print collateral
- Photo & video editing, formatting, and sharing
- Website management and functionality (word press, online booking systems and integration with other systems)
- Develop and implement SEO & Adword campaigns
- Google and Website Analytics (including reports)
- Manage the implementation of a CRM for the Sales & Marketing Team
- Working with the Sales & Marketing team to implement the business development program and coordinate networking opportunities
- Conduct Market Research and present data to Business Manager
- Provide administration and general support to Sales & Marketing Team
This is a part-time role that has the potential to grow into a full-time role in the coming year(s). It would suit someone with proven experience who now requires flexibility for further studies, family or other committments.
