Job Overview:

A detail-oriented and execution-focused Internal Communications Partner is sought for a full-time hybrid role based in Brisbane. This role is well-suited to a strong writer who prefers structure, clarity, and deadlines over open-ended creativity. Applicants must be available to work during standard business hours.

Ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience, a passion for internal storytelling, and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency, this role plays a key part in delivering clear, engaging communication across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce production-style written content for internal communications, such as: Internal event coverage (e.g., hack days), TV slides, intranet pages, and internal stories and wins
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand voice and communication guidelines
  • Create and deliver engaging, people-focused content across diverse internal channels – including copywriting, video, digital platforms, live events, and more
  • Drive internal campaigns aligned with business objectives to engage, attract, and retain values-led talent
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to effectively tailor messages across audiences and business units
  • Support internal initiatives with thoughtful communications planning and implementation
  • Analyse and report on communication effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback
  • Contribute to intranet storytelling through Spotlight features and creative content development
  • Stakeholder management may be required but is limited in scope

Who Should Apply?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement within a complex organisation
  • Exceptional grammar, written, and editorial skills are essential
