Job Overview:

An experienced, senior-level marketing leader is required to step into the Interim CMO role during a pivotal transition period. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Victoria Park, Perth. Remote work is not available for this role. Occasional travel to Tasmania may be required.

This is a part-time arrangement and three days per week will be considered for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction across all three brands, drive alignment, and ensure continuity in marketing operations and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and unify marketing and fundraising efforts across three brands and two states
  • Manage state-based content teams and support localised marketing activity
  • Lead marketing systems integration and digital transformation projects
  • Guide the strategic direction of the fundraising function
  • Address legacy brand and structural issues, ensuring brand consistency
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on organisational positioning and public engagement
  • Act as a key decision-maker in marketing recruitment and internal process development

Who Should Apply?

  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing and communications strategies
  • Background in NFP, healthcare, or community service sectors highly regarded
  • Track record of success managing fundraising and donor engagement programs
  • Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic, multi-state organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
