The role
We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop, implement, manage and report on digital marketing campaigns and optimise digital marketing efforts for our network of allied health clinics.
Based in our Redcliffe office (flexible work hours), you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, bringing energy, creativity and passion to everything that you do. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be creating, launching, and optimising performance campaigns that tell Hiya Health’s story across our digital platforms. From our performance ads, website optimisations to email marketing and SEO, you’ll be the mastermind behind getting us in front of the right people at the right time.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with digital marketing skills with a strong passion for the health sector. You will have a deep understanding of how to use digital platforms to inspire community partners, customers, corporate partners, community staff, and other stakeholders. Your duties will include creating and building on digital platforms, publishing, and optimising campaigns and ad content, as well as handling minor design needs across the organisation.

Duties and responsibilities:
Content development and management
- Be the creative force behind Hiya Health’s content! Lead the charge in coordinating and delivering engaging content across all our communication channels – from the website and email newsletters to publications and more.
- Bring our story to life on paid social media! You’ll help in the creation, publishing, and monitoring content that resonates with our audience, keeping them inspired, connected and interested in joining our community!
- Master the paid & organic social media calendar! You’ll align our content with the broader marketing strategy, ensuring every post, reel and story is on point and impactful.
Branding and engagement strategies
- Own our paid & organic social media strategy! Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to grow Hiya Health’s brand presence and foster meaningful engagement and acquisition strategies.
- Hunt down the hottest content opportunities, from Instagram Stories to YouTube, and find new ways to keep Hiya Health’s brand shining bright!
Digital Marketing
- Dominate digital! Manage SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns like a pro, while using Google Analytics to measure success and refine strategies.
- Be the mastermind behind our website content, ensuring it’s always fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
- Build out powerful digital nurture campaigns through Hubspot to keep our community engaged and informed.
General
- Collaborate like a boss! Work closely with our design, sales, and clinic teams to develop killer content and collateral for all platforms.
- Keep our website in top shape by coordinating updates with the team, ensuring everything’s running smoothly and looks great!
- Stay ahead of the curve! Monitor the latest trends, research, and industry updates to keep Hiya Health’s content exciting and relevant.
- Measure what matters! Regularly report on key metrics that drive social media engagement, website traffic, and audience growth, using data to optimise for success.
- Jump in where needed! Support the business with ad hoc marketing tasks and be ready to lend a hand to help the team crush its goals.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in digital marketing roles – with emphasis on building and managing campaigns
- Experience running paid campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Linked in ads
- Experience reporting on campaigns and websites using Google Analytics
- Experience with an email marketing platform (e.g. Hubspot preferable)
- Project management experience, supported by excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using data to inform campaign recommendations for changes and optimisations (e.g. targeting, ad creative, etc.)
- Ability to take direction, effective time management and multi-tasker
- Good communicator and has the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Wants to continue learning, and takes proactive steps to pick up new skills and knowledge
Favourable:
- Undergraduate degree or higher. Degree in marketing or communications is beneficial
- Experience using website platforms such as WordPress
- Design competencies, including experience with tools like Adobe Suite or Canva
- Copywriting including ability to write ads and EDM copy
- Demonstrated experience of developing and implementing strategy to increase engagement across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Previous experience working in a digital agency or a digital marketing campaigns role at a for purpose / not for profit organisation
