What You'll Be Doing:

We're on the lookout for a Customer Success superstar! If you're the kind of person who loves chatting with people, solving problems, and making sure customers leave with a smile,

we want you on our team! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Be the Client’s Go-To: Make friendly check-in calls and provide quotes that make their day.
• Assist Like a Pro: Help clients with all the details, from mock-ups to pricing.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure after-sales experiences are positive and memorable.
• Handle All the Buzz: Manage a high volume of calls and emails like a multitasking champ.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Share insights with the team to help us get even better at what we do.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You’ve got some experience in customer service, sales, or account management, but if you’re a fast learner, we’re all ears!
• You can juggle a high volume of calls and emails without breaking a sweat.
• Your organizational and multitasking skills are legendary.
• You’re a natural communicator, both written and spoken, and your positivity is contagious.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot? Big bonus points!
• Outgoing, friendly, and full of energy—you know how to keep clients happy.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always eager to learn.
