How to Give an Agency Access to ActiveCampaign

This article describes how to give an agency access to your ActiveCampaign account.

Login to ActiveCampaign 

Login to your ActiveCampaign account at your custom url, such as [name].activehosted.com.

Note that every ActiveCampaign account has a unique login url. There is no general login. 

Click the Gear Icon the bottom left then Users and Groups.

Add a New User

Click the ‘Add a new user’ button This is at the top right of the page.

Enter the user details

Cemoh clients should use the clients AT cemoh.com email address and select the Admin group. Always use a a secure password using a password manager like LastPass.

Email the credentials

ActiveCampaign does not send a new account email to new users. You will need to email the login details (url, username and password) to the new user.

Step 1. Login to ActiveCampaign

Step 2. Click the Gear Icon the bottom left then Users and Groups

Step 3. Click the ‘Add a new user’ button This is at the top right of the page.

Step 4. Complete the form 

Ensure the following: 

  • clients@cemoh.com email address 
  • select the Admin group 
  • do NOT select Multi-Factor authentication 
  • you use a secure password.

Step 5. Click the ‘Add Button’

Step 6. Email clients@cemoh.com with the login credentials
