How to Give an Agency Access to MailChimp

This guide explains how to give an agency access to MailChimp. 

Login to MailChimp

Login to your MailChimp account at 

Navigate to Account

MailChimp Account

Click the caret next to your name at the top right of the navigation bar and select “Account”.

Navigate to Users

Click Settings > Users in the sub-navigation in the page.

Click the Invite A User button

Enter the User’s details

MailChimp Add a User form

Enter the user’s details in the form. Cemoh clients should enter clients AT in the email address field and select ‘Admin’ under ‘User type’.

Send Invite

Click the ‘Send Invite’ button. The agency will need to accept the invitation by clicking the link in the invitation email.
