How to Give an Agency Access to a Facebook Page

This process describes how you can give an agency access to your Facebook page. 

Total Time: 2 minutes

Login to Facebook 

Go to www.facebook.com and enter your credentials. 

Select ‘Pages’ in the navigation

In the left hand panel, selecting ‘Pages’ will take you to a new screen. 

Select the specific page

You should see a list in the left hand column and to the right of your screen. Select the page you would like to share.

Once on your Page screen select ‘Page settings’ from the bottom of the left hand panel.

Select ‘Page roles’

Select Page Role

Once on your Page screen select ‘Page settings’ from the bottom of the left hand panel. To the right of the ‘Page roles’ screen select ‘Assign a new page role’.

Grant access to the agency user

Enter the email address or name of the person associated with the agency you wish to give access. We will advise which email or who to provide access to.

Then click the blue ‘Add’ button and re-enter your password if prompted.
