Hey, I'm Justina 👋

I'm a brand strategist and fractional CMO. What sets me apart is that most marketers take the job and start running ads. I start by finding the real problem underneath the one you think you have, and then build the strategy, the creative, and the numbers to fix it.

I work across all three altitudes:

  • Strategy: positioning, brand architecture, the "why are we even doing this" thinking.

  • Creative: I've led international brand productions and campaigns that landed as the best-noticed ads across the UK, US, and Germany.

  • Numbers: I love data and excels. I've managed $30–60k campaign budgets, cost-of-acquisition and ROAS targets, full-funnel across B2B and B2C.
