Marketing & Growth Manager (Fractional)
OpenWe’re looking for a results-driven B2B marketer to own lead generation across multiple sales pipelines, drive the performance of our agency partners, and turn marketing spend into qualified pipeline.
About us
Provender Australia is a national vending and micro market franchise network. Its sister business, The Vend Shop, distributes smart fridges and vending equipment across Australia. Both businesses sell to a wide B2B market: workplaces, health, education, accommodation and fitness.
The role
We’re looking for a results-driven B2B marketer to own lead generation across multiple sales pipelines, drive the performance of our agency partners, and turn marketing spend into qualified pipeline and won business.
Engagement: contract, 2–3 days a week, rolling month to month with a minimum commitment to the Christmas break 2026 and the option of a longer-term engagement. Start ASAP. Reports to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy, plan and budget
- * Own the marketing plan and budget for both brands, and report progress monthly to the Managing Director
- * Set and track lead and pipeline targets across multiple sales pipelines
- * Allocate spend based on cost per qualified lead and return
2. Agency and partner management
- * Direct and manage our marketing agencies and lead-generation partners
- * Set outcome-based KPIs (qualified leads, cost per lead, won business) and hold partners to them
- * Brief and approve campaigns, and review partner performance regularly
3. Demand generation
- * Plan and run B2B lead generation tailored to each sales pipeline and customer segment
- * Support target-account and sector marketing alongside the sales team
- * Develop referral and partner-led lead sources
4. Conversion and sales alignment
- Co-own lead-handover and follow-up standards with the sales leadership
- Improve speed to lead, lead routing and self-service conversion tools
- Run a regular pipeline and lead-quality review with sales, and provide sales collateral
5. Content, proof and website
- * Lead website and landing-page improvements focused on conversion
- * Build case studies, customer reviews and the evidence that wins B2B buyers
- * Grow organic and AI search visibility for both brands
6. Reporting and data
- * Produce monthly reporting from HubSpot linking spend to leads, pipeline and revenue
- * Make sure campaign tracking and CRM data support good decisions
About you
- * Strong B2B marketing background with a proven lead-generation track record
- * Experience running marketing across multiple sales pipelines or business models
- * A record of managing agencies to commercial results, not activity
- * Numbers-first and commercially minded: you measure success in pipeline and revenue
- * Hands-on HubSpot experience; working knowledge of SEO, AI search and Google Ads
- * Comfortable working alongside sales teams and senior leadership
- * Franchise, equipment sales or B2B services experience is a plus
