Job Overview:

This freelance/contract role is perfect for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of general marketing experience, particularly in ecommerce. The successful candidate will report to the FCMO and manage key digital marketing initiatives, social media, and campaign performance, supporting the business’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Oversee promotional and advertising campaigns
• Manage social media content and engagement
• Create reports to assess campaign success and areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with the team to maintain consistent branding

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of general marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing and ecommerce
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Analytical mindset with reporting experience
• This is a freelance/contract role; preference for candidates based in or near Toowoomba or Darling Downs
