With more than 25 years' experience, she's particularly interested in what happens when you combine psychology with commercial thinking — how you build great businesses, lead people well, navigate growth and change, and still keep humans at the centre of it all. Kylie will join Simon Dell in conversation on employee wellbeing, mental health, our own relationships, and the influence of technology.
