As a fractional partnership and negotiation strategist I work with CEOs and CMOs to turn partnerships and sponsorships into drivers of growth, not just branding exercises. Drawing on experience leading major partnership portfolios and complex negotiations,

I help organisations design partnership strategies that unlock value across the full marketing mix. Telstra

General Manager - Sponsorship (2006 – 2014)

As head of sponsorship, I was responsible for Telstra's full portfolio of partnerships.

My focus was on negotiating, managing, and extracting maximum value from one of Australia’s most complex portfolios - ensuring we leveraged the investment in all deals across the breadth and depth of Telstra's business units.

Helping promote the business and our investment in community programs from grassroots to elite across sport, music, the Arts, philanthropy and grass-roots programs across 32 local regions.

Key deals under management: NRL, AFL, Olympics, Paralympics, Aust Ballet, Supercars, Aust Chamber Orchestra and more. Which is why I loved it! :-)

This organisation instilled in me the value in creating a cohesive strategy so large-scale investments translate into real growth opportunities across the full marketing mix. Partnerships are far more than a branding exercise for B2C organisations when curated and negotiated for purpose.

PwC

National Sponsorship and Brand Manager (2003 – 2006)

As head of sponsorships nationally my key focus was to develop and implement a centralised sponsorship strategy, with supporting infrastructure to reduce the number of sponsorships. The ultimate portfolio was negotiated and implemented to service the requirements of PwC's Partners in key revenue areas of the firm. My role was expanded in late '05 to also include firmwide brand management.

Key deals included: Forbes Global CEO Conference, Melbourne Commonwealth Games, FINA World Swimming Championships, Australian Chamber Orchestra

and industry specific sponsorships.

This organisation instilled in me the value in having a rigorous focus on ROI, and how to create unique B2B opportunities to drive client satisfaction and growth.
