I work with SME leaders who recognise that AI transformation isn't a technology project – it's a leadership challenge. Most AI initiatives fail because organisations focus on worker productivity while leaving strategic leadership detached from AI's application and impact. I design frameworks that give leaders direct experience with AI's strategic potential, turning them into authentic catalysts for change.My approach is informed by four+ years inside the APAC technology ecosystem at Incredible Results, where I helped vendors and channel partners build capability and enterprise value, and grounded in 20 years of corporate marketing experience including leading Kearney's APAC marketing and orchestrating the UK's Cleantech campaign in key international markets.
