A Head of Marketing & Growth with more than a decade of hands-on experience building lead generation, paid media and CRM systems from the ground up. I like taking a business that isn't generating enough leads or revenue and building the systems and team that fixes that.

• - Built a marketing department at a financial services company from scratch, taking weekly lead generation from 60 to 200+ through a multi-channel paid and organic strategy

• - Helped that company hit its best-ever 50-sale month and built a Company Growth Plan approved by the Board to double the business within 12 months

• - Built a Marketing & Growth Dashboard attributing sales performance directly back to lead generation activity

• - Founded and ran a fitness and nutrition business for a decade, leading marketing end to end across Meta Ads, email, SMS, landing pages and funnels for a global client base

• - Diversified acquisition from a single paid channel into a full multi-channel strategy, improving efficiency and reducing reliance on any one platform
