The Opportunity
A creative Social Media Specialist is needed to plan, design and execute social campaigns across multiple platforms. The role is office-based at the North Gold Coast and will drive engagement, brand awareness and community growth for both the main business and individual outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content calendars across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions and design graphics using Canva.
- Produce and edit short-form videos for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction and campaign planning.
- Adapt and localise content for franchise accounts.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on performance.
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva and experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated ability to produce posts, reels and short-form video across multiple platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to grammar and detail.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Planable or similar.
