The Opportunity
An experienced SEO Specialist is required to lead and implement strategies that enhance online visibility and performance across multiple websites. The role will also focus on supporting localised initiatives for individual outlets. This is an office-based role at North Gold Coast, where you’ll work closely with the marketing team while also focusing on strengthening local SEO for individual outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical site audits, competitor research and keyword analysis.
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page and local SEO strategies.
- Deliver technical SEO improvements to ensure best practice.
- Support the marketing team with SEO-aligned content development.
- Provide clear weekly reporting with actionable insights.
- Strengthen the local SEO presence of franchise and outlet websites.
About You
- 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of results.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Skilled in strategy development and implementation.
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- Confident in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
