Job Overview:

This is a strategic leadership role suited to a marketing professional with deep experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brands. The successful candidate will work across multiple projects - including a boutique hotel brand, restaurant concepts, and a new tech-enabled motel venture that targets properties with strong yield performance along high-traffic coastal routes.

The role requires hands-on strategic oversight, creative direction, and the ability to lead both internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies across multiple brands and venues
  • Manage internal resources including an advertising lead and content creator
  • Coordinate with seasonal creative direction and third-party agencies
  • Oversee campaign planning, digital performance, and retention marketing
  • Leverage influencer networks and social media to elevate brand visibility
  • Implement and scale AI-powered tools to drive marketing efficiency
  • Monitor brand consistency and tone across channels
  • Drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty within the 25-40 year old female demographic
