Hours: Full-time

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 + Super

Job Overview:

The Senior Marketing Communications Partner is a critical role responsible for developing and executing ROI-focused external marketing communications. This position involves planning and crafting strategic marketing communications and content to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and gain approval for a variety of marketing communications materials, including case studies, reports, articles, eBooks, video scripts, web content, and eDMs.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to develop content strategies that adhere to corporate messaging, tone of voice guidelines, customer persona research, journey mapping, and business strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the resource library, ensuring that market-relevant content is accessible to customers and internal teams via the website.
  • Develop robust agency partnerships to ensure scalability and consistent delivery of high-quality communications.
  • Utilise post-campaign reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications activities, including key messages, tactics, and timing, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitor research and use insights from sales to inform content development decisions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external communications, whether developed internally or by external agencies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance business practices and improve efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and work health and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering marketing communications in a similar role.
  • Strong written communication and editorial skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Desirable:

  • Proven success in B2B technology marketing.
  • Degree qualified in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
