The Opportunity

An experienced Performance / Paid Media Specialist is required for a 6-month remote contract to manage and optimise multi-channel paid media with a strong focus on lead acquisition, efficiency and full-funnel performance.

This is a hands-on delivery role, operating within a defined monthly capacity, with flexibility to reprioritise work based on performance outcomes and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise multiple Meta and Google Ads accounts, including grant-based accounts
  • Maintain CPL/CPA efficiency and budget pacing across campaigns
  • Drive lead acquisition as the primary performance KPI
  • Execute A/B testing, bid refinement and audience scaling
  • Apply full-funnel thinking across campaigns, channels and landing pages
  • Build and maintain conversion tracking frameworks using GA4 and GTM
  • Ensure tracking accuracy, attribution integrity and clean data governance
  • Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards
  • Deliver weekly insights and optimisation recommendations
  • Brief creative and content requirements to internal teams
  • Collaborate with web teams on landing page conversion optimisation
  • Liaise with platform account managers where required
  • Manage tasks, workflows and priorities using Asana

About You

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in performance / paid media
  • Strong hands-on expertise across Meta and Google Ads platforms
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts and budget pacing
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution and reporting
  • Confident translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable working in structured, Asana-based workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
