About the Role
Click Click Bang Bang (CCBB) is on the lookout for a Paid Media Specialist to join the team and manage multiple client accounts. This is a strategic, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys leading conversations, shaping campaign direction, and driving results—while collaborating with an offshore team responsible for execution.
You’ll act as the bridge between clients and delivery, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and performing at their best.
You’ll lead strategic discussions with clients and take ownership of campaign direction, while working closely with an offshore team who will handle day-to-day implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategy and client engagement, rather than hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple paid media client accounts
- Lead client discussions, providing clear strategic direction and insights
- Develop and optimise paid media strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Translate strategy into actionable briefs for offshore implementation teams
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise campaigns
- Deliver clear, results-driven reports and recommendations to clients
- Stay across industry trends and platform updates
About You
- Strong experience in paid media strategy and account management
- Confident in client-facing roles and leading strategic conversations
- Hands-on knowledge of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Experience working with remote or offshore teams
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable leading client strategy conversations, with the ability to guide and direct offshore teams responsible for execution
- Strong at translating strategy into clear briefs and actionable direction
