Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Review existing marketing assets, research, and data.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement to gather insights and expectations.
- Benchmark against comparable regional marketing strategies.
- Develop a unified and compelling narrative across Live, Work, Visit, and Invest.
- Define strategic goals, brand positioning, and campaign opportunities.
- Provide a phased implementation plan with delivery methods, resources, and governance structures.
- Establish performance metrics and a measurement framework.
- Deliver templates, tools, and processes for continuity beyond the contract period.
