Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Fractional CMO to lead a full-scale strategic marketing overhaul. This is a rare opportunity to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a brand with exclusive product lines and a loyal but under-leveraged client base.

The successful candidate will shape the company’s public-facing identity, modernise its brand perception, and build and manage a marketing team to bring that strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Reposition the brand to align with its premium offerings and artisan value proposition.
  • Audit and enhance current customer engagement tactics, with a particular focus on social media and email nurturing.
  • Direct content production—including social media, brochures, video snippets, blog articles, and brand assets.
  • Manage creation of professional collateral for architectural specifications, product brochures, and installation guides.
  • Orchestrate the execution of creative marketing campaigns, including custom architect gifting strategies and sample boxes.
  • Guide and collaborate with existing vendors, creatives, and in-house team members.
  • Champion a visual and content-driven storytelling approach that highlights craftsmanship, sourcing origins, and project case studies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business owner, ensuring marketing activities align with growth objectives and sales cycles.
  • Drive the development of a sustainable, long-term marketing ‘machine’ that runs without daily oversight.
