Job Overview:

Seeking a marketing professional with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and managing projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to both strategy and tactical activities, ideal for someone with a fractional CMO-level skill set who is not afraid to get involved in day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business goals

Project manage marketing initiatives from planning through to execution

Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure marketing activities align with company objectives

Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategy

Manage and coordinate tactical marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media, and content creation

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a marketing strategy role, ideally at a CMO level

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives

Experience in both strategic and tactical marketing activities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the architecture and design industry is a plus
