Marketing Specialist

Job Description: 

• The Marketing Specialist will support our clients global marketing and sales organisation with market ready content and collateral, and to ensure the leads process is providing quality leads to the business. You will assist with defining product & service offerings, with a focus on value selling, and provide global and regional business units with tools and processes for promoting these offerings in their target markets.  You require a strong understanding of marketing and communications techniques, business acumen and well developed interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for developing high-quality collateral and content, that clearly communicates our value offering,  with a mixture of copywriting, graphic design and video editing required, which will be used in EDM’s, social media, newsletters and general marketing.  Also translation of content into local languages as required.
• You will assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide reporting and analysis of campaign performance, whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist developing and executing these in line with our Company strategy 
• You will have the ability coordinate events, webinars and tradeshows, organizing promotions, merchandise and other sundry activities.  
• You will establish relationships and work closely with various stakeholders, regional teams, suppliers and agencies.
• You will have a strong administrative ability to plan, schedule, budget and report as required, and to track, collate and maintain the inventory of marketing collateral.
• You will administer our NPS program.
