Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

If so, this could be the perfect job for you! The Client is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator for a 12 month contract, with the possibility to move to permanency. Based in the Brisbane CBD, the successful candidate will add value to the already established and experienced Marketing and Communications team by supporting with the rollout of effective marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives across our internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands on role that would suit a diligent marketing and communications professional who is ready to learn more on the job and take the next step in their marketing career. This role is responsible for supporting the marketing and communications function for the client and their brands.

DUTIES

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional marketing and communications support across multiple brands with a focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with rollouts of national marketing strategies across the brands
• Supporting end-to-end marketing and communication requirements for major projects and events
• Providing a professional and friendly customer-focused service to clients and key stakeholders
• Assisting with internal communications and staff engagement, with the ability to multitask
• Applying correct methodologies to understand and articulate the brands including generating content from across the business units.
• Supporting the coordination and delivery of commercial and business development activities across the business
• Using marketing skills to create and improve visual communications, charts, diagrams and schedules
• Ensuring all client responses are appropriately reviewed, edited and updated as required with an eye for accuracy
