Job Description
  • Location: Spring Hill, Brisbane (with upcoming relocation within the Brisbane CBD)
  • Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility available after probation)
  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 + super, depending on experience
  • Work Arrangement: Primarily office-based with flexible working arrangements available after probation, based on trust and performance. (no remote work)
  • Note: Visa status must confirm eligibility to work full-time.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an aspiring marketing professional to launch their career in a dynamic and supportive team. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, and brand development. Working closely with the sales and marketing team, this position will contribute to key initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation – Assist in developing marketing materials, including blog articles, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and monitor posts on LinkedIn, engaging with followers and growing brand presence.
  • Campaign Coordination – Support the execution of digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Email Marketing & CRM Management – Manage and segment contact lists, create engaging EDMs, and maintain accurate data in HubSpot.
  • Google Ads Support – Assist in writing ad copy and coordinating with vendors to optimise paid campaigns.
  • Event & Partnership Coordination – Organise webinars, trade shows, and other engagement activities, including managing invitations and follow-ups.
  • Market Research – Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Website & Design Support – Provide content for website updates and create Canva designs to support digital campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Track marketing performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Who Should Apply?

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Customer Success Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Directors.
