The business delivers an enterprise SaaS solution designed for hazardous materials compliance, procurement optimisation and operational risk management. Its platform is widely adopted across high-risk sectors including healthcare, aviation, and heavy industry, supporting safety teams, procurement leaders and executives in responsible chemical stewardship.
The Opportunity
A strategic and commercially driven Fractional Marketing Specialist is required to lead cohesive marketing efforts for the company’s expansion into the United States. The product serves complex, multi-stakeholder environments with long sales cycles, requiring a market strategist who understands premium SaaS positioning, value messaging and enterprise buying behaviour. The role will influence marketing direction, elevate brand leadership, and support CRM and automation initiatives in HubSpot. Travel to the United States may be required in line with market expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a market entry strategy for the US, aligned to staged commercial targets and long-term growth goals.
- Lead value positioning focused on compliance, operational safety, procurement efficiencies and risk mitigation.
- Design strategic messaging and campaigns targeting health and safety professionals, procurement departments and executive decision-makers.
- Elevate industry education and product stewardship at senior leadership and C-suite levels.
- Support the ongoing rollout of HubSpot, including CRM setup, workflows and marketing automation to improve engagement and pipeline management.
- Provide insights that shape go-to-market evolution and strengthen premium brand positioning.
About You
- Proven experience in marketing enterprise SaaS, ideally in technical, industrial, medical or compliance-focused environments.
- Demonstrated capability in long-cycle B2B sales landscapes with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Skilled at designing go-to-market plans for new international markets, ideally with some exposure to the US.
- Highly confident influencing senior stakeholders, including procurement, safety leadership and C-suite audiences.
- Comfortable integrating into internal teams in a fractional capacity and driving sustained outcomes over time.
- Willingness to travel to the United States as required.
- Perth-based preferred, though strong remote candidates across Australia are equally considered.
