About the Opportunity

A Sydney-based strategic advisory and M&A consultancy is seeking a seasoned Fractional Marketing Manager to support a focused website revamp and eBook publication, followed by ongoing marketing coordination and optimisation.

This consultancy works with high-value B2B clients, supporting business owners with exits, acquisitions and complex transactions. A strong content engine already exists, including a podcast and regular publishing cadence. The opportunity lies in refining, optimising and scaling what is already working.

The Role

An experienced marketing all-rounder is required to join on-site in Sydney. This is a hands-on role with a strong content focus, working closely with leadership and operating with a high level of autonomy.

The initial engagement will focus on a website revamp and eBook publication over approximately one month (2–3 days per week). Following this, the role will likely transition to one day per week, managing internal and third-party resources.

Content is already being produced consistently. The focus of this role is on improving, optimising and repurposing content, rather than creating from scratch.

What Will Be Done

  • Plan, refine and publish content across website, blog, LinkedIn and email
  • Lead website updates and support eBook publication
  • Manage and optimise LinkedIn presence
  • Repurpose existing content to maximise reach and engagement
  • Support production and promotion of the podcast, including guest outreach and systemisation
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution across digital channels
  • Coordinate marketing activity across internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Conduct data interrogation and support list building initiatives
  • Maintain and update website content as required

What Is Required

  • 5+ years’ experience at marketing manager level with a strong all-rounder skill set
  • Strong content capability suited to a high-end B2B audience
  • Proven ability to optimise and repurpose content
  • Solid LinkedIn and digital marketing skills
  • Experience working independently in a small professional services environment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external resources
  • Sydney-based and available to work on-site
  • Experience in financial services, M&A, advisory or professional services advantageous

Commitment:

  • 2–3 days per week (initial project phase)
  • Transition to ~1 day per week ongoing
  • Rate: $1,000 per day (inclusive of platform fee)
