Digital Marketing Manager

Our Client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team Full-Time 5 Days per Week.

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role requires a pragmatic thinker, a strategist, and a lover of all things digital. The Digital Marketing Manager will bring a keen and acute awareness of the impact and importance on brand through digital channels.

The role requires a commercially savvy innovative thinker that can identify, evaluate and implement new digital and omni-channel marketing opportunities aligned to our National Marketing campaigns and client-first strategy.

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy and tactical initiatives for our client, as an experienced professional, you will also be responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers positions within an evolving and future-focused team. We are a business and industry in growth! You will bring at least 5 years’ experience within a similar role preferably in a consumer-led (Retail or Franchise) environment.

When it comes to systems - using WordPress and Google is like breathing, effortlessly. You can hold your own when it comes to suggesting activities for improving the quality of online content, building inbound marketing plans, tracking and measuring SEO and Google Analytics metrics, and, providing campaign and management reports.

Experience:

  • Experience in leading alongside an external marketing agency, the creation and execution of the digital marketing strategy including broadcast, programmatic, video, social and search to ultimately optimise brand awareness and drive leads.
  • Proven track record in managing various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to targeted B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Proven experience executing and reporting on social media advertising - Proven experience in CMS to retain and engage audiences and ability to maximise digital footprint on platforms like Google my Business.
  • Proven experience executing SEM to build new audiences, build brand preference and capture clients to the Poolwerx site.
  • The ability to confidently speak to the broader Marketing & SLT team on emerging digital trends, and insights to be applied to business goals, as well as reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Proven experience enhancing the consumer experience across the digital landscape
  • Creating and executing a content strategy to drive brand awareness and preference Bonus if you have Google Certifications, WooCommerce and Data Studio experience
