About the Role

This Brisbane-based Corporate Communications Partner role is responsible for developing and delivering effective internal and corporate communications strategies. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape messaging, drive engagement, and manage investor and corporate communications initiatives across the organisation.

This is a Brisbane-only role with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH out of 5).

Key Responsibilities

Operational Deliverables

  • Develop and deliver the annual internal communications strategy, driving continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to plan and execute internal communications initiatives
  • Deliver clear, consistent messaging across internal communication channels
  • Maintain communication systems and processes to ensure alignment with corporate positioning
  • Support the evolution of key corporate messaging
  • Coordinate investor relations activities around company results
  • Manage investor enquiries and coordinate responses
  • Lead and deliver the annual reporting project end-to-end
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop always-on brand campaigns and execute multi-channel communication plans
  • Drive brand awareness across internal and external audiences
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget for your portfolio
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on communication initiatives

Continuous Improvement

  • Challenge the status quo and improve communication practices and processes
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
  • Proactively recommend improvements where appropriate

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate communications or similar role
  • Strong written communication and editorial skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Desirable

  • Experience in B2B technology or professional services environments
  • Tertiary qualification in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
