Copywriter

A mix of EDM's, website copy, and stakeholder engagement type copy.

Will be helping us prep for our Showcase event series which is a customer-facing event but will require both internal and external-facing copy. The role will also help fill other gaps across the business.

Operational Deliverables

• Produce and gain approval for external marketing communications plans and content including case studies, reports, articles, eBooks, video scripts, digital ads, web content and eDMs
• Work closely with the Marketing Partner team, Digital Marketing Partner, PR Manager, agencies and leaders to develop high-quality, relevant content strategies and marketing communications that are consistent with corporate messaging, tone of voice guidelines, persona research, customer journey maps and business strategy
• Build and maintain productive, positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update resource library and ensure market relevant content is available to customers via our website and internal stakeholders
• Develop strong agency relationships with specialist content agencies and leverage as required to ensure scalability and high-quality communications deliverables
• Leverage post-campaign reporting delivered by the Marketing Partner team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications activities, including the success of key messages, tactics and timings, and drive continuous improvement Continuous Improvement Deliverables
• Continually challenge the status quo and drive marketing communications
• Continually review marketing communication strategies and processes in place to ensure high-quality, effective communications
• Ensure consistency of corporate messaging and brand narrative throughout all communications
• Remain at all times compliant with our policies & procedures and proactively raise improvements where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with work health and safety requirements and policies
