About the Role

As our Cemoh Concierge, you are the trusted guide who takes clients from “I think I need marketing help” to “I’ve found the perfect Cemoh”. You are the first human touchpoint for many leads, ensuring every client feels supported, understood and matched with the right consultant from our network.

Your job is to qualify, recommend, coordinate, reassure, and ultimately help close the deal.

This is a people-first role that blends customer success, light sales, talent coordination and a bit of matchmaking magic.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Concierge & Lead Support

  • Respond to incoming enquiries and guide clients through the Cemoh process
  • Clarify client needs, challenges, goals and ideal working style
  • Recommend suitable Cemohs (fractional CMOs, marketers, specialists) based on skill fit and availability
  • Manage communication until the client is ready to onboard

Consultant Coordination

  • Understand who’s in our talent pool - skills, strengths, industry experience, availability
  • Reach out to Cemoh consultants for suitability and interest
  • Prepare shortlists and candidate summaries for clients

Sales Support & Deal Closing

  • Assist clients with proposals, quotes, onboarding steps and contract questions
  • Ensure clients feel supported, confident and clear about next steps
  • Follow up consistently and close warm leads
  • Track conversion metrics and continually improve client experience

Operational Support

  • Keep the CRM updated and clean
  • Flag consultant capacity or skill gaps to the Cemoh leadership team
  • Help refine the end-to-end client–Cemoh matching workflow

About You

  • You’re a natural relationship builder — warm, confident, professional
  • You can understand a client’s needs quickly and translate them into practical recommendations
  • You’re organised and able to juggle multiple client conversations at once
  • You’re commercially aware and comfortable guiding leads to a decision
  • You don’t need to be a marketer, but you understand (or can learn fast) the different marketing skill sets
  • You love the idea of being the first smiling face (or friendly voice/email) prospective clients encounter
