This is a fast-growing Australian activewear brand with a strong market reputation, a loyal community, and a product range spanning performance leggings, sports bras, shorts, sweats, and accessories for both women and men. The business is scaling aggressively and entering an exciting new phase of growth — and the marketing engine needs to keep up.


The Opportunity

We're looking for a Paid Media Creative Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role for the right person. A team member departure has created an immediate gap, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.

This is not a technical media buying role — our agency handles campaign setup, execution, and reporting. What we need is someone creative and organised who can develop compelling ad concepts, brief designers effectively, and keep the content pipeline moving across our product collections.


What You'll Do

  • Brief and coordinate 50+ ad creatives across product collections for Meta and Google campaigns
  • Localise and adapt ad concepts to suit the brand's tone, aesthetic, and product range
  • Brief internal designers and external agency contacts clearly and efficiently
  • Manage timelines and ensure creative assets are delivered on schedule
  • Act as the day-to-day creative liaison between the brand and the agency
  • Keep a pulse on social media trends relevant to activewear and performance lifestyle

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a media buyer or performance marketing specialist — that's what the agency is for.

What you do need is:

  • Digitally savvy — you understand how social media and Google ads work, what makes an ad scroll-stopping, and what content performs in a paid environment
  • Creative — you can take a product collection and generate fresh, on-brand ad concepts that connect with real people
  • Organised — you can manage multiple briefs, deadlines, and stakeholders without things falling through the cracks

Experience in fashion, activewear, health, fitness, or lifestyle categories will be highly regarded. A genuine interest in the space is a must.


Work Arrangement

  • Northern Beaches NSW
  • 4 days in-office preferred (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Flexible on hours — part-time or full-time arrangements considered
  • Remote work considered for the right candidate
  • Immediate start preferred
