Posting a Job

Overview

Cemoh's job board lets you post marketing roles to attract experienced freelance consultants. Jobs go through a review process before being published.

Creating a Job Listing

  1. Go to Jobs in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Job
  3. Fill in the job details:
  • Title — A clear, descriptive job title (e.g., "SEO Specialist — E-commerce")
  • Summary — A brief overview of the role
  • Description — Detailed job description using the rich text editor
  • Role type — The marketing speciality required
  • Skills — Specific skills the candidate should have
  • Industries — Relevant industry experience
  • Days per week — Expected time commitment
  • Contract length — Duration of the engagement
  • Rate — Rate type (hourly/daily) and range
  • Location — Where the work will be based (or remote)

Submitting for Review

After creating the job, it starts as a Draft. Click Submit for Review to send it to the Cemoh team for approval. Once approved, the job goes live on the public job board.

Job Statuses

  • Draft — Not yet submitted
  • Pending — Submitted and awaiting review
  • Open — Approved and live on the job board
  • Closed — No longer accepting applications

Managing Applications

When consultants express interest in your job, you'll see their applications on the job detail page. Each application shows the consultant's name, email, availability, and a brief description of their experience.
