An accomplished, passionate and self-motivated marketing and communications professional with over 15 years' experience gained in multinationals and SMEs, Suzana has worked in B2B and B2C industries including entertainment, tourism, beauty, biotechnology, manufacturing, engineering, technology and resources. 

Suzana is experienced in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies across traditional and digital marketing channels, with proven experience in managing product launches and campaigns, including driving demand for products and brands. Her experience also spans from idea conceptualisation, formulating creative direction, managing third parties, to a hands-on approach to implementation of the strategy and monitoring return on marketing investment.

Suzana has a successful track record in developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies and content marketing, having developed content for social media, blogs, press releases, brochures, video, newsletters and websites, and was editor for the Australian Multiple Births Association quarterly magazine. She has also been solely responsible for curating content and management of company websites - including Magento and WordPress.

Additionally, Suzana has successfully planned and executed conferences and events in Australia and Malaysia and is experienced working with a diverse range of stakeholders from around the world, including China, South East Asia, Europe and USA.

Summer Land Camels - Social Media Management and Marketing

Developed and implemented social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram that has seen continued growth across both platforms. Suzana has also developed the content marketing plan and manages contributors, and also writes copy for blogs, newsletters, brochures and promotions. Her ability to build positive relationships with customers has seen the pool of testimonials grow for the skincare business. She also manages local PR for the farm and email marketing and is working on finalising the branding guidelines and style guide for the business. Suzana has expanded her skills into photography, and has begun taking photos of the farm and skincare products for social media.

Cloud Coders - Strategic Marketing

Worked with the client to refine the brand promise and UVP. Developed the marketing strategy including in-depth competitor analysis and marketing calendar, including content marketing plan, events and social media.

Oliver Footwear - Brand and Campaign Manager

Developed promotional and branding campaigns for Oliver Footwear, including message and visual conceptualisation, content development and digital / social media strategy. Campaigns included the Feel and Boots You’ll Wear All Day campaign, which drove an increase of sales in safety footwear up by 30% during the campaign period. Both campaigns involved Suzana developing the concepts, content, photography, implementation and measurement.

Suzana worked with the Product Development and Marketing team to launch the new waterproof safety boot. Within two months of launch, the boot became the second highest seller. The launch included photography (product and in-use), video, point of sale and social media campaign, which was managed and implemented by Suzana.
