A self-motivated and solutions-focused marketing professional with over 10 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in global organisations and business leaders within small & medium sized businesses to develop SEO-friendly websites and integrated marketing strategies to deliver positive revenue outcomes.
In June 2016, I took the initiative to create a consultancy brand known as Focus Digital Solution. As a self-employed digital consultant, I skillfully used my technical competency in basic HTML coding, graphic design and a broad range of marketing knowledge to help improve the business performances for businesses around the world. I enjoyed the privilege of working with key decision-makers directly to understand their pain points, developed user-friendly responsive websites, streamlined their lead generation processes, implemented inbound marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, PR, content marketing and email marketing), and used data-driven research via Google Analytics and SEMRush to help businesses identify new areas of growth.
Coast Port Beach
A true digital transformation for one of Perth's most iconic beachfront venues in North Fremantle. A cloud-based CRM system integration and marketing automation activities on a fully optimised website has drastically increased the number of visitors from less than 1,000 per month to an average of 8,000 per month with at least 200 enquiries received online. Majority of the visitors were generated from organic, referrals and direct. This helped Coast Port Beach reduce its cost per lead over time from paid channels and outperform its competitors online for selected industry keywords.
The interactive systems integration also allowed the business to focus on operational duties while automated marketing processes were introduced to retarget and qualify online prospects, making it a more efficient use of the sales team's time, while increasing brand awareness and engagement with the prospects until they've made a decision.
EVT Hotels & Resorts
An extensive online media campaign was put in place for the group known as the Spoilt for Choice incentive campaign to drive last-minute C&E leads from the professional conference organisers, venue finders and event managers of corporate organisations. 9 key C&E partners were selected based on strong online presence and the quality of each database.
Increased commission was introduced to the first few bookings, creating a sense of urgency in the market. Partnerships and advertising costs negotiation were a crucial part of the project to ensure we get the most campaign exposure for our client within the limited budget without affecting the end results.
Eventually, the two-month campaign generated 122 leads worth $765K in potential revenue. The campaign reached over 650,000 audiences through various partners and mediums including email marketing, social media, banner advertising, search engine marketing, influencer marketing, sponsored articles and selected event sponsorships.
Developed and implemented digital content strategies across various sources/mediums on a $2m media budget with the objective to increase the number of leads while reducing the average CPL for 10 residential projects across Australia.
