Step 1. Login to your Google Analytics account
Step 2. Click the account selector
This is at the top left of the navigation menu.
Step 3. Select the Account, Property and any view
The specific view does not matter.
Step 4. Click the Admin button on the bottom left of the sidebar
Step 5. Click ‘Account User Management’ in the first column
You can also provide this at a Property level by selecting ‘Property User Management’ in the second column but it’s preferable that you provide us with Account level access.
Step 6. Click the blue + button on the top right of the page and then select ‘Add users’
Step 7. Add the user and set the permissions
Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Check ‘Notify new users by email’
Select the Edit permission, which automatically adds the Collaborate and Read & Analyze’ permissions.
Click the Add button.
