Summary
B2B marketer in dynamic and competitive markets. Drive businesses to compete and win, to understand the market, its shifts and to respond quickly with world-class execution. I want to understand what the customer really wants, their real needs and build a strategy to win their attention and business.
Six areas I think are important:
* Confusing the competitors - competitive attack, defence, delay etc.
* Marketing strategy and execution for digital transformation - meeting customers needs and building great CX
* Channels/Sales Consulting and Execution - helping the frontline staff meet goals
* Demand/Lead Generation across Digital Platforms - deliver great omni-channel CX
* Innovating on the right things - there is no silver bullet
* Hitting budgets and KPI's - understand market and drive the numbers
